Main Technical Performance
The tempering glass heat soak furnaces SN4500DO is made as the Europe standard which is strengthen safety of glasses. Adopting solid state relay.
The computer can record and control the parameters intelligently.
Temperature control mode is auto completed by electronic control system, which based on PLC and King view. The temperature and the result can be record and print automatically each time. The air circulating system is made
up by 4 blowers on the TOP side. At the same time add 2 cooling wind blower to make the cooling rate. There are 28 thermocouples in the heat furnace body, can monitor temperature on surface of glasses from every area. There are also 1 thermocouples on the top of the furnace, they can
monitor temperature in the 8 areas. The computer can display the status.
